TripleCrown Lawn Enforcement is a fast-growing local business based in South Lubbock, and we’re looking to hire 1–2 Lawn Care Technicians to help meet rising demand.

We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and take pride in their work. Experience is preferred — but if you’re willing to learn, we’re willing to train you.

🔹 Job Duties:

• Operate mowers, edgers, weedeaters, and blowers
   
• Maintain a professional attitude on every job site
   
• Help keep lawns and properties looking sharp
   
• Represent the TripleCrown name with pride
   

🔹 Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license
   
• Dependable transportation
   
• Lawn care experience is a plus, but training is available
   
• Must be dependable and self-motivated
   

💵 Compensation:

• Hourly pay based on experience
   
• Weekly pay – every Friday
   
• Commission for each new customer you bring in
   
• 60-day probation period with opportunity to advance
